Julia brings her distinctive touch to the company as a creative visionary, communications and cultural strategist, and artist — shaping the spirit of JuJNXi through her unique perspective. Her expertise ranges from conceptual leadership to hands-on creation — always with an eye for the sensual, the hidden, the moving.
Jürgen Niebel, born in 1965 in Krefeld, Germany.
A passionate creative entrepreneur, now based in Hawai‘i.
After studying Photo Design and earning a Master’s in Computer Science with a focus on Software Development, Systems Architecture, and Networked Information Management,
he co-founded the agency
MedisDesign & WebPublishing HOUSE
in 2000 with Sophie Marie von Soden-Frauenbacher.
This early breakthrough in the digital artistic advertising world ultimately brought him to Hawai‘i in 2014, where the idea for JuJNXi was conceived.
Xiyue is the strategic heart of the company. With a keen understanding of international markets, cultural contexts, and economic sustainability, she guides JuJNXi confidently into the future. Her ability to bridge cultures and ideas makes her an indispensable force behind JuJNXi.
The name JuJNXi combines the initials and spirits of the three founders:
— Ju for Julia, JN for Juergen Niebel, and Xi for Xiyue —
representing the merging of our individual strengths into a unique artistic vision.
As equal business partners, Xiyue and Julia lead Arts & Scents of Exquisite Beauty by JuJNXi with shared authority — crafting its path with strength, grace, and clarity, empowered by the quiet force of feminine power and the unapologetic elegance of feminine leadership.
Jürgen Niebel, in turn, entrusts the operational leadership to Xiyue and Julia, contributing his talents instead to the artistic and creative direction of Arts & Scents of Exquisite Beauty by JuJNXi.

Our atelier is part of our private residence — high above the city of Hong Kong, in the Star Tower of The Arch, West Kowloon.
It’s not a gallery, not a public space. It’s where we live, create, and welcome only a very select few.
The Arch rises between the shimmering towers of ICC and Elements Mall, in the luxurious Union Square district. Think skybridges, mirrored façades, quiet fountains, and the hush of wealth you can feel in your skin. From Kowloon MTR station, take Exit C1 and follow the signs toward The Arch Residential Entrance. Security will already have your name.
You’ll be directed to the Star Tower elevators — take them to the 77th floor.

If your answers resonate with the qualities we seek for the Muse role you’ve applied for, you will be invited to an in-person interview and casting.
For those selected, the full casting experience unfolds over five consecutive days — an immersive, sensual, and intentional process designed to discover not just how you look, but how you are.
Our first interview day begins on September 1st, 2025, in Hong Kong.
Catering will be provided throughout the week — all you need to bring is yourself.
Special instructions for applicants to our first Intimate Parfum Collection:
On the morning of your first interview day, you may take a shower —
but no soap, no shampoo, no scented products of any kind.
No lotion, no deodorant, no perfume. No wet wipes. No moist toilet paper.
No exceptions!!!
We must encounter your scent — unmasked, unperfumed, unfiltered.
This morning rinse will be your last shower for the next four days.
Only gentle face washing, hand washing, and tooth brushing are allowed.
If this already feels like too much — we thank you for your honesty.
But please do not come.
We deeply respect your time — and ask that you offer us the same.
How intimate does the casting get?
By Day Four, your body will speak louder than your mouth ever could and you may need to use your safe word..."
1ˢᵗ Day of Casting — Introduction & First Sorting
Duration: approx. 60 minutes
Your first hour with us is designed to both inspire and filter.
We begin with a 30-minute group presentation led by JuJNXi's scent visionary, sculptor, and co-founder Jürgen Niebel — a candid, poetic unveiling of the artistic vision, the erotic philosophy, and the deeper-than-skin beauty we seek.
Experience tells us: around 30–50% of applicants will walk away after this session.
Not because they weren’t lovely. But because they realized — this isn’t for them. And we honor that clarity.
Those who remain will have a 1:1 interview with Jürgen and Julia Wangchuk, CCO, COO & co-founder of JuJNXi. These conversations last between 15–30 minutes and follow a carefully designed set of questions. Sometimes it turns into a playful, provocative exchange — we welcome that. If needed, your written questionnaire will be part of the dialogue too.
On average, only 30% of applicants make it beyond this day.
Special Instructions for those applying to the Intimate Parfum Collection:
At the beginning of Day 1, you’ll receive a fresh set of garments from our Muse Hostess:
— One loose cotton T-shirt
— One pair of soft, breathable organic cotton panties
— A simple unpadded cotton bra
— One pair of cotton socks
Each piece is 100% natural fiber, free of fragrance, synthetics, or dye — to preserve the evolving poetry of your skin’s scent.
You will change into these clothes on-site.
From that moment on, they become your second skin — and you may not remove or wash them until Day 4, when we ask you to.

2ⁿᵈ Day of Casting — The Naked Truth
Duration: approx. 60–90 minutes
This is the day where veils fall — quite literally.
You will undress completely and present yourself exactly as you applied:
– La première Muse: fully shaved
– La seconde Muse: fully shaved, but with a soft, intentional bush on your mons veneris
(And no — a shaved head is not part of the vision.)
Each Muse will be visually examined by Jürgen, with Julia at his side. This is an aesthetic, olfactive, and energetic assessment — not a performance. You may be asked to explore your own body with guided touch, and if necessary, you may be lightly touched — always with prior consent.
Let this be crystal clear: Nothing will ever happen that you do not fully want.
We expect total openness — but never submission.
This day asks for exquisite presence and fearless embodiment.
While Day 2 is technically a day off for Intimate Parfum Collection Muses, you’re warmly invited to linger, observe, and get a taste of what Jürgen and Julia are doing to the other Muse hopefuls… if you’re curious, can’t stay away — or simply want to enjoy a delicious breakfast from our catering.
It is also the day most of our Muses from Category 1 and 2 take their leave — some with a kiss, a whisper, or a wicked little wink… and some because they sense they’re not quite ready for what we truly seek.
On average, only 10–20% from Category 1 and 2 continue beyond Day 2.
3ʳᵈ Day of Casting — Meeting the Muse Who Made It
Duration: approx. 60–90 minutes
Julia will introduce you to notre Muse Étoile, Zhāng Wěi.
Zhāng Wěi will speak — candidly, beautifully, and without dancing around the point — about her experience as a Star Muse.
She'll share what a typical working day with Jürgen feels like. How she navigated her own vulnerability and power. What boundaries and red flags she encountered. What it’s like to bathe in success — and what it means to earn truly good money while staying true to herself.
You’re invited to ask anything.
Really — anything. Zhāng Wěi will answer it all.Afterwards, Julia will begin posing exercises with you — observing your grace, fluidity, and stretchability.
Julia is the kind of artist who doesn’t raise her voice — but somehow commands every room she walks into. Her intuition is razor-sharp, her presence magnetic, and her hands carry both discipline and tenderness in equal measure.
This part of the casting is essential, especially as we search for a Muse suited for large-scale sculptural work as well. Ideally, we find someone who offers two in one — sensuality and sculptural poise.
While you move with Julia, feel free to ask her anything as well — she’ll offer the unfiltered perspective of a working artist.
Both Julia and Zhāng Wěi are incredibly open-minded, warm, and easy to talk to.
They speak Mandarin, English, and French fluently.
And yes — you’ll feel the difference when women lead the room...smile.
4ᵗʰ Day of Casting — Final Selection Rounds
Duration: approx: 2–4 hours
Group Setting · Full Sensory Evaluation · No Inhibitions
On this decisive day, we will invite our favorites — typically 6 to 9 Muses — for the final casting round. You'll be seen in small, carefully curated groups of 2 to 3 at a time.
You’ll be asked to undress completely and present yourself once more in the condition you applied for.For Muses applying to the Sculpture Projects:
Plaster will be gently applied to various parts of your body to assess your physical responsiveness, surface structure, and detail retention. This is also a moment where we take time to clarify any remaining questions or personal boundaries.
Expect light contact, but deep attention.For Muses applying to the Intimate Parfum Collection:
By now, you will not have showered in over 72 hours — and your scent, beautifully matured in your skin and clothing, has become part of the story we’re here to tell.
We will collect your worn garments — the shirt, bra, panties, and socks we handed out on Day 1 — and vacuum seal them individually for the olfactory selection process (Please remember to bring your own change of clothes, including fresh underwear).
In addition, Jürgen will perform a close, respectful scent-harvest directly from your body — from selected intimate zones, depending on the role. You may be lightly touched, always with your consent, and always with the intention of discovering the essence that only you can offer.
Once your scent has been fully harvested, you’ll be invited to take a warm, unhurried shower at the atelier before slipping into your own clean clothes — refreshed, radiant, and ready to re-enter the world.
5ᵗʰ Day of Casting — The Final Seduction
Two remain… one becomes Muse.
We'll invite the final two Muses from each category — one of you will receive the contract, the other will be placed on standby.
Why? Because this casting process is intense, intimate, and unrepeatable.
If our chosen Muse later decides to step back, we need someone equally radiant and ready to step in without delay.
This day is all about closure, clarity, and final connection — we’ll talk, feel into each other one last time, and toast to the women who become part of something extraordinary.
And joining us once more will be our very first star — Muse Étoile Zhāng Wěi — whose legacy continues to shimmer through every curve we shape.
She returns not only in celebration, but to bless the moment with the quiet poise of one who knows exactly what it means to be chosen.
And as dusk begins to blush against the atelier walls, our CEO and co-founder Xiyue Zhao will join us. A rare and radiant presence — she brings grace, mystery, and power into the space.
And if fortune smiles upon you, you might catch a glimpse of our twin baby boys and their luminous sisters — little sparks of joy who occasionally slip into the room like stardust in bare feet.
Together, we will raise a glass. A quiet celebration among chosen souls. Nothing flashy. Nothing loud. Just breath, gaze, skin... and the subtle knowing that something beautiful has begun.
We’ll see each other again on November 3rd, 2025 — when the sculpting of something unforgettable quietly begins.
How are the sessions conducted?
Behind closed doors, where secrets become sculptures.
All sessions take place in a private, professional atelier environment. They are conducted respectfully, with safety, consent, and your comfort as the highest priority. You’ll be guided throughout the process.
Will I be paid?
Pleasure has its rewards.
Yes. Muses work on a commission basis and earn a share of the revenue from the pieces made from their session(s). Details and contracts are discussed beforehand.
What if I don’t speak English?
A tongue isn’t a problem… unless it’s the wrong one.
Don’t worry — we speak yours, because what we’ll be doing won’t challenge your grammar — just your self-control...

Don’t worry, sweetheart — we’re as multilingual as we are seductive. Our official communications and casting sessions are available in English, Traditional Chinese, and French. Just let us know your preference when applying.

Due to the intimate and sensitive nature of our work, as well as legal protections for our Muses and creations, detailed examples of our sculptures—including those featuring our Lead Muse Zhāng Wěi—are shared privately after initial contact.
